雙峰塔是馬來西亞首都吉隆坡的地標，在陽光的照射下閃閃發光，然而就在雙峰塔的腳邊，卻有一群難民過著黯淡無光的生活。哈尼夫八歲那年跟著父母逃出緬甸來到馬來西亞，成了沒有身分的難民。直到2008年，聯合國難民署和慈濟基金會籌辦了難民學校，當年十三歲的哈尼夫，總算可以讀書了！<br />

十五歲的哈尼夫和弟弟安華，奮力踩著三輪車，在垃圾堆中撿拾可以回收變賣的東西。哈尼夫的父親因為長期腰痛而無法工作，媽媽也被病痛纏身，家中的經濟全靠他們兄弟。拾荒回家後，他們自動自發的拿出書包，趴在地上認真的寫功課，寫功課的地方，也是他們吃飯睡覺的地方。<br />

除了帶著哈尼夫的媽媽來到慈濟人醫會義診現場，接受免費的醫療；發現哈尼夫賴以維生的三輪車剎車壞了，志工還幫他修車，解決了他的一個大困擾。而慈濟志工對哈尼夫一家人的關懷始終沒有間斷，2009年七月，聽說他的媽媽身體又不舒服了，志工特別帶了醫生前來看診。 <br />
