you, and sends some gifts for you.(made by herself)
2. Both of MS. Wu' sons also want to
make friends with your son and daughter. They'll write a letter to
them. The older brother is Zhi Gang Liu ,and he studies in a junior high school(14 years
old). The younger brother is Zhi Ang Liu, and he studies in our school(12
years,sixth grade).
3.We also prepare a "red

Twenty-fourth Letter From American (Weather Project)
Hello!
This
is in regards to your offer on "charting the weather" for the month
of March.
Unfortunately,
we are not going to able to participate in this great activity due to time
restraints. We
are departmentalized and I teach Social Studies and Reading. My team
teachers teach
Math and Science
and our time
is very limited before Spring Break and the Easter Holiday.
I
hope this does not upset you and your students and we hope they understand our
problem.
The spring is very busy at Brooks because the state of Kentucky has a "testing
window" for standardized testing in April. Busy, busy!
I
am including a link to
a great web-site that tells the daily temperature here in Louisville, KY. (17 miles
North of Brooks Elementary School) http://www.whas11.com/weather/ I hope this
will help.
We
want to hear your result so keep us informed.

Twenty-fifth Letter From American (New School)
I
wanted to write you and let you know something that may happen this summer. I will try
to keep this short and not to confusing.
Our
district is building a new school (http://www.bullitt.k12.ky.us/new_construction/new_Elementary15.htm)
and I might lose my job at Brooks Elementary. I do not know at this time
what will happen.
I have been teaching six years and many teachers have more years teaching than me. Therefore,
I may have to move to another school this fall.
Our
last day of school is
May 24, 2002 and I should know something then. I will keep you up to date
as I learn more regarding this situation. I am not worried, just
wondering what will happen.
Wherever
I go I would like to continue our working relationship via the internet. I know we
will always be friends!
