1. pass [pæs] 動：通過；傳遞

We passed the math exam.

(我們通過了數學考試。)

He passed the ball to me.

2. sound [saʊnd] 名：聲音；動：聽起來

I heard sounds of laughter from the room.

(我聽到房間傳來的笑聲。)

The music sounds very pleasing.

(這個音樂聽起來很悅耳。)

3. hotel [hoˋtɛl] 名：旅館

This is the most famous hotel in Taipei.

(這是台北最有名的旅館。)
