1. earth [ɝθ] 名：地球

The Earth is round.

(地球是圓的。)

All people must protect the earth.

2. back [bæk] 名：後面

What’s that mark on the back of the sofa?

(沙發後面的記號是什麼？)

My seat is at the back of the theater.

(我的座位在電影院的後面。)

3. classmate [ˋklæs͵met] 名：同班同學

Is Tom your classmate?

(湯姆是你的同學嗎？)

They were classmates in high school. 

(他們以前是高中同學。)

classmate=class(名：班級)+mate(名：伙伴)

4. bath [bæθ] 名：洗澡

His father often takes a bath in the morning.

cold [kold] 形：寒冷的 (炎熱的：hot)

It is usually cold in winter.

6. winter [ˋwɪntɚ]名：冬天

I like to drink hot chocolate in winter.

7. bathroom [ˋbæθ͵rum] 名：浴室

He went to the bathroom to take a bath.

8. hot [hɑt] 形：熱的

The weather is hot in summer in Taiwan.

9. take off 動：脫掉 (take off - took off - taken off)

If you're hot, take your jacket off. 

(如果你覺得熱，脫掉你的夾克。)

Take off your shoes.

(脫掉你的鞋子。)

10. clothes [kloz] 名：衣服

She owns a clothes shop.

(她擁有一間服飾店。)

Take your dirty clothes off and go to take a shower.
